Shipping Information
Shipping Days: Monday through Friday. We ship orders in the order they are received.
Shipping Addresses: Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address. We ship to the address provided and cannot replace cookies sent to the wrong address.
Tracking packages: Once an order is shipped, you will be given a tracking number. Please follow that for up-to-date information on the package. Be on the lookout for the package so that they don't get left outside for a long period of time!
Sometimes we create a shipping label a day in advance. This does not mean that the package has shipped; it means that we are printing off labels and prepping the boxes for shipping. Again, you can track the number you are given to know exactly when the cookies ship and where they are in transit.
Typically, orders will not be delivered on Mondays, as we do not ship over the weekend. We want to make sure you get the freshest cookies the fastest way possible, and this helps us do that.
Please remember, transit times are considered when the cookies are shipped, not when the order was placed.
Shipping Delays: We want to get our cookies to you as quickly as possible! We do our best to get the boxes you order on their way; however, occasionally, there are delays, and once the shipping company has the order, we cannot control the process. Estimated transit times are determined by the carrier. They are usually very accurate with their shipping times, but delays do happen. Please be patient, and rest assured your order is on its way for you to enjoy.
