I was visiting friends and we spotted your cookies at the Cranberry Festival. Knowing that I love almonds, one of the family members bought a 5 oz. almond croissant cookie and gave it to me for my flight home. I saved it and toasted it several days later for breakfast with coffee. WOW! The almond flavor throughout the cookie was great. I’ll be ordering some for myself to have shipped!
